Children’s Nutritionist & Mum of Two

I’m a degree-qualified nutritionist with a special focus on children’s nutrition, fussy eating, and real family food.
I’ve supported hundreds of parents in helping their children eat better, feel better, and enjoy calmer mealtimes—without battles, bribes or bland beige food.

But I’m also a mum of two, and I know firsthand what feeding kids looks like in real life—with school runs, strong opinions, and someone always asking for a snack.

You can add 7 days of WhatsApp support to ask questions, get reassurance, or adjust things as you go

The plan is built around your real life, so you’ll feel calm and clear—not overwhelmed—with simple changes that actually stick

Q: How soon will I receive my plan after completing the form?

A: You’ll receive your personalised plan and voice note within 5–7 working days of submitting your intake form

Q: Is this suitable for children with autism, sensory issues, or additional needs?

A: Yes, as long as you provide those details in your form, I’ll tailor the plan accordingly. If I feel your child would be better supported with a different service, I’ll let you know honestly before proceeding

Q: Can I book this for a toddler under 2?

A: This service is best suited for children aged 2–8, but if you’re close to that range and unsure, feel free to message me first
